We want customers to know clearly what they are purchasing and what to do if there is a problem.

Please contact Parts From UAE promptly if an item arrives damaged, incomplete, materially different from the agreed description, incorrect, or affected by a defect that existed when supplied.

Where applicable, Parts From UAE will assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy according to the circumstances and applicable UAE law.

Because used automotive components have previously been installed or operated, normal signs of use are expected.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, used parts are not supplied with an additional long-term commercial warranty.

Where Parts From UAE provides a testing warranty, it will normally be stated as 7 to 14 calendar days from delivery on the quotation, invoice or order confirmation.

A limited testing warranty is intended to allow reasonable installation and functional testing. It does not guarantee the remaining service life of a used component.

New parts may be covered by the manufacturer's, distributor's or supplier's warranty.

The applicable warranty period, exclusions and claim process are determined by the warranty provider unless Parts From UAE expressly provides a separate written warranty.

Parts that are specially sourced, imported, ordered specifically for a customer's vehicle, used, installed, programmed, coded, modified or electrically connected may not normally be accepted for a discretionary change-of-mind return.

For standard stocked new products, Parts From UAE may approve a discretionary return where the item is unused, uninstalled, complete and in resalable condition.

Any such approval must be obtained before returning the item.

This does not affect return or refund rights that apply under UAE law.

Customers should verify compatibility before purchase.

For compatibility-sensitive products, we strongly recommend sending us the VIN/chassis number, OEM number if available, vehicle year, engine specification and a photograph of the existing component.

Where a customer orders without supplying sufficient compatibility information, a return because of incorrect fitment may be treated differently from a product that Parts From UAE expressly confirmed in writing would fit that specific vehicle.

Before returning a product, please obtain return authorisation from Parts From UAE.

Do not dismantle, modify, repair, program, alter identification markings or dispose of the product before the claim has been reviewed unless Parts From UAE authorises this.

We may request photographs, videos, diagnostic information, packaging photographs or a technician's report where reasonably necessary to determine the issue.

Unless expressly agreed by Parts From UAE in writing or required by applicable law, Parts From UAE does not reimburse third-party workshop labour, diagnostics, programming, recovery, towing, storage, vehicle rental or similar consequential expenses associated with fitting or removing a part.

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Shipping, customs and import/export costs will be handled according to the reason for the return and applicable law.
